• The closest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), about 15 miles (30-minute drive) from the hotel. 

Parking

• If you are local and driving to the meeting, you will be responsible for parking costs at the hotel.

Accommodations

• Accommodations will be arranged for your stay according to your response on the travel form.
• Due to limited room availability at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, a small number of attendees have been booked at the Hyatt at Olive 8, a block away.
• See September 12 email from Janet for your hotel assignment and confirmation details.
• You must provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.
• Check-in time is 4 pm; check-out is 12 noon. 
• Please call the hotel and email Sherri Hunter if you will miss your check in due to flight delays or any other reason.
• Room charges incurred if lodging dates are changed without sufficient notice will be the responsibility of the participant.
