• The meeting will be held at the Hotel Park Bled, Cesta svobode 15, 4260 Bled, Slovenia, T: +386 4579 1600.
• The closest airport is Ljubljana International Airport (LJU), about 35km (30-minute drive) from the hotel. 

Parking

• If you park a vehicle at the hotel, you will be responsible for parking costs (approximately $10/day).

Accommodations

• Accommodations will be arranged for your stay according to your response on the travel form.
• See October 10 email from Janet for your confirmation details.
• You must provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.
• Check-in time is 2 pm; check-out is 11 am. 
• Please call the hotel and email Sherri Hunter if you will miss your check in due to flight delays or any other reason.
• Room charges incurred if lodging dates are changed without sufficient notice will be the responsibility of the participant.
